1: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. 2: Heat olive oil in an oven-safe pan and brown the sausage on both sides. 3: Finish cooking sausage in the oven for 25 minutes. 4: Let the sausage rest for 10 minutes and then slice into wheels. 5: In the same pan, add bell peppers, onion, and Italian seasoning, and cook until tender. 6: Mix in sliced sausage with the veggies. 7: In a separate bowl, add 1 and 1/2 cups of Italian dressing to cooked pasta, and combine with sausage and veggies. 8: Top with shaved Parmesan and chopped parsley. 9: Serve right from the pan.
