Delicious Italian Beef sliders made with a slow cooker recipe that combines rump roast, Giardiniera, and pepperocinis. Perfect for leftovers and entertaining during the holidays.

1: Add 2.5 pounds of rump roast to your slow cooker. 2: Add 1 jar of Giardiniera and 2 tablespoons of sliced pepperocinis. 3: Stir together 2 cups of beef broth, 2 tablespoons of Italian seasoning, and 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce. 4: Pour the mixture over the beef to cover. 5: Put the lid on and cook on high for 4 hours. 6: For leftovers, grill a ciabatta or focaccia bun. 7: Flip and add shredded mozzarella and provolone. 8: Turn off the heat and cover to melt the cheese. 9: Add shredded beef and Giardiniera veggies. 10: Top with sliced pepperocinis and serve with kettle chips and olives.
