Delicious Puerto Rican empanadas filled with ground turkey, perfect for one-handed eating. These empanadas are often enjoyed with yellow rice and stewed chicken. 1: Cook the ground turkey until brown and remove from pan. 2: Drain excess water and set the meat aside. 3: In the same pan, add olive oil and Sofrito. 4: Add tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce to the pan. 5: Return the cooked meat to the pan and combine well. 6: Assemble the empanadas with the meat filling. 7: Fry the empanadas or air fry as desired.
