Delicious stuffed bagels for breakfast, hollowed out and filled with scrambled eggs, crumbled bacon, chives, and cheese, baked to perfection in an Airfryer or an oven.

1: Carefully hollow out your bagel using a melon baller. 2: Brush the hollowed bagel with butter or olive oil. 3: Scramble 2 eggs. 4: Add your fillings (cooked crumbled bacon, chives, and cheese) to the eggs, about 2 tablespoons each. 5: Set your Airfryer to 370°F and bake for 10-12 minutes until your eggs are set and the edges of your bagel are nicely toasted. 6: If using an oven, bake at 370°F for 15 minutes.
