1: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. 2: In a pan on medium-high heat, add ground beef, diced onion, minced garlic, and Sazón Completa seasoning. 3: Use a meat smasher to combine and cook until the meat is no longer pink. Drain any excess liquid. 4: Add Worcestershire sauce, sofrito, olives, and tomato sauce to the meat mixture. Combine and cover. Simmer on medium-low heat. 5: Meanwhile, place the plantains in a large casserole baking pan and bake for 25 minutes. 6: Once the plantains are done, remove half and smash them to make an even layer covering the bottom of your pan. 7: Smash the other half in between parchment paper and reserve for the second layer. 8: Add half of the Picadillo (meat mixture) on top of the first layer of plantains. Cover with half of the cheese. 9: Repeat the layers of plantains, meat, and cheese. 10: Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted evenly.
