These Big Mac Empanadas are a delightful twist on the classic burger, made with mini empanada discs filled with a savory mixture of ground beef, onions, pickles, and topped off with American cheese. Perfect for lunchboxes!

1: Cook ground beef with seasoning until pink is gone. 2: Add minced onion and dill pickles into the mixture. 3: Assemble the empanadas using the filling. 4: Fry in canola oil until golden brown. 5: To air-fry, spray or brush the basket and empanadas with oil. 6: Air-fry at 350°F for 5 minutes. 7: Flip and air-fry another 5 minutes. 8: For the Big Mac sauce, mix mayo, ketchup, mustard, relish, dill pickle juice, onion powder, and S+P to taste.
