lb lean ground beef

cup shredded mozzarella
egg

bunch cilantro
Instructions
1: Peel and cook 4 ripe plantains (Airfryer 8 - 10 minutes at 400 degrees, flipping halfway). 2: Cook ground beef (empanada style). 3: Roll out your (thawed) pastry dough. 4: Smash the plantains and mix with butter to make them smooth. 5: Layer plantains, 1/2 of the cheese, seasoned ground beef and remaining cheese. 6: Roll the pastry dough tight and put it in the freezer for 15-20 minutes. *Do not skip this step*. 7: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 8: Slice pastry into 1 inch pinwheels and brush with egg. 9: Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown. 10: Garnish with chopped cilantro.View original recipe
