tbsp tomato paste

cup cilantro

lb ground turkey
Instructions
1: Add olive oil to pan on medium heat. 2: Add sofrito and cook for about 3 minutes. 3: Add ground turkey and break it up with a wooden spoon. 4: Once meat is browned, add all other ingredients except the cilantro and mix well. 5: Let it simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring frequently. 6: Add cilantro, mix well, and remove from heat. 7: Serve over white rice and enjoy with plantain chips.View original recipe
