What you need

tbsp butter

white vinegar

tbsp onion

seasoning blend
tsp dried oregano

cup tomato sauce

cup beef broth

yellow onion

bay leaves
salt & pepper
Instructions
1: Add 2 tbsp of butter to a pan on medium heat. 2: Sprinkle 1-2 tsp of dried Sofrito. 3: Grill the bread in the sofrito butter until golden brown. 4: In a large bowl, add steaks with 2 tbsp of olive oil, white vinegar, and dried seasonings. Marinate for at least one hour. 5: In a large pan on medium heat, add 2 tbsp olive oil and 2 tbsp of sofrito, then the marinated steaks.
