What you need

extra firm tofu

tsp corn starch

tbsp white onion

tsp turmeric
tsp seasoning

Instructions
1: Drain the tofu and crumble it. 2: Mix in the corn starch. 3: Add olive oil to a nonstick pan. 4: Add seasoning, peas, and carrots to the pan and cook until veggies are soft. 5: Add turmeric to the mixture. 6: Roll out your pie crust and cut 4 circles (3 - 4 inches). 7: Place 1 tablespoon of tofu mixture onto each pie crust circle and crimp the edges with a fork to seal. 8: Brush with egg wash or JustEgg to keep it dairy-free. 9: Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil and set to 400°. 10: Air fry for 5-8 minutes until golden brown. 11: Let them cool and pack at room temperature.View original recipe
