Blackberry Breakfast Pies

These mini breakfast pies are easy and delicious, perfect for making with kids. Each pie is filled with blackberry jam and diced peaches, and can be prepared in an air fryer or baked in the oven. The recipe makes 4 mini pies, and you can easily double it for more!

1: Using the rim of your glass, cut out 8 circles for your pies. 2: Add 1 tsp of jam to the center of each pie crust circle. 3: Top with 1 tsp diced peaches. 4: Add some egg wash to the edge of your pie crust. 5: Cut 2 slits into your top crust and lay it over the fruit, pressing down gently on the edges. 6: Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. 7: For air frying, spray your basket, add the pies, spray them, and air fry at 400° for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through. 8: For baking, preheat your oven to 400°, lay the assembled pies on a baking sheet 2 inches apart, and bake for 22-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.View original recipe
