Crispy Chicken Breakfast Burrito with Cheesy Wrap Hack

1. Scramble 3 eggs with a splash of milk, salt, and pepper.
2. Place the scrambled eggs in a bowl.
3. Chop 3-5 crispy chicken tenders to bite size and add them to the bowl with the eggs.
4. Add 1 cup of crispy tater tots and 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar to the bowl.
5. Mix all ingredients until well combined, ensuring an even distribution for flavor in each bite.
6. Take a flour tortilla and spoon about 1/2 cup of the filling onto it.
7. Place 1/2 slice of cheese at one end of the tortilla.
8. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it tightly, using the cheese slice to help seal the wrap as it melts.
9. At this point, you can freeze or refrigerate the burritos for later.
10. To cook, warm the burrito in an air fryer at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 3 minutes.
11. Flip the burrito and cook for another 3 minutes.
12. Optional: Spray the burrito with avocado oil before air frying to achieve a crisper tortilla.
13. Serve the breakfast burrito with ketchup for dipping and a mandarin orange for a fresh finish.
