Jalapeño Cheddar Sour Dough Grilled Cheese Sandwich with Turkey & Bacon

Assemble your grilled cheese sandwich by layering Colby Jack cheese, dill pickles, sliced honey glazed turkey, and crispy bacon between two slices of jalapeño cheddar sourdough bread. Melt real butter in a pan over low heat. Place the sandwich in the pan and grill with the lid on until golden brown. Flip the sandwich and grill the other side until golden brown and the cheese is melted. Immediately pull apart the sandwich after cooking to prevent the bread from tearing. Let it come to room temperature before packing.
