Instructions
1: Preheat oven or air-fryer to 400 degrees. 2: Make the bang bang sauce by whisking together sriracha mayo, Thai sweet chili sauce, honey, and lime juice, then set aside. 3: Cut salmon into bite-size pieces. 4: Spray and season the salmon. 5: Cook salmon for 10 minutes (do not overcook). 6: Toss salmon in bang bang sauce and reserve some sauce for dipping. 7: Top with green onion and a squeeze of lime.View original recipe
