What you need

slice american cheese
tbsp dill pickle juice

tbsp worcestershire sauce

tsp onion powder

tbsp mustard
lb lean ground beef

cup mayo

cup dill pickle

cup onion

tbsp sazon completa seasoning

empanada dough
pickle relish
Instructions
1: Cook ground beef with seasoning until pink is gone. 2: Add minced onion and dill pickles into the mixture. 3: Assemble the empanadas using the filling. 4: Fry in canola oil until golden brown. 5: To air-fry, spray or brush the basket and empanadas with oil. 6: Air-fry at 350°F for 5 minutes. 7: Flip and air-fry another 5 minutes. 8: For the Big Mac sauce, mix mayo, ketchup, mustard, relish, dill pickle juice, onion powder, and S+P to taste.View original recipe
