A warming and comforting Broccoli Cheddar Soup made with butter, flour, vegetable or chicken stock, half & half, broccoli, carrots, onion, and sharp cheddar cheese, seasoned with nutmeg, salt, and pepper.

Instructions
1: To a dutch oven or large pot add butter. 2: Once butter is melted, add onions. 3: When onions are soft, add flour. 4: Once the mixture is golden brown, add half & half. 5: Add chicken stock. 6: Once it's well combined, add broccoli and carrots. 7: Cover and cook for 25 minutes. 8: Lower heat, add cheese and stir. 9: Add nutmeg and stir.
