Delicious Cuban Sandwich Empanadas filled with slow roasted pork, ham, cheese, and pickles, served with a sauce for extra flavor. Perfect for dinner!

What you need

cup swiss cheese

tsp pickle juice

tbsp dijon mustard

cup mozzarella cheese

cup dill pickle

cup deli ham

empanada dough

cup pork

fl oz avocado oil
lb boneless beef short ribs
Instructions
1: Combine mayo, mustard, and pickle juice. 2: Mix into slow roasted pork, cheese, and pickles until well combined. 3: Fill each empanada with 2 tablespoons of the mixture. 4: Fold each disc over and crimp the edges with a fork. 5: Fry in canola oil or airfry. 6: If air-frying, spray the basket, place empanadas, spray them, and bake at 350°F for 5 minutes. 7: Flip the empanadas, spray again, and bake for another 5 minutes. 8: Serve with black beans and rice.View original recipe
