What you need

pt canola oil

cup shredded cheese

cup pork

cup diced ham

cup shredded mozzarella

potato chips

slice muenster cheese

tbsp ketchup

tbsp mayo

tbsp worcestershire sauce
Instructions
1: Make your mayo-ketchup and set aside. 2: Combine all ingredients for your filling. 3: Add 3 tbsp of filling to an empanada disc (6 inch discs). 4: Top with potato sticks and sliced cheese. 5: Fold over and crimp edges with a fork. 6: Fry until golden brown. 7: To air-fry: spray your basket with avocado oil, spray your empanadas, and cook at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. 8: Flip and spray.
