1: Heat your oven to 400 degrees. 2: Cut your guava paste into 6 rectangles. 3: Cut cream cheese into 6 rectangles. 4: Roll out thawed puff pastry. 5: Using the creases in the pastry as your guide, place cream cheese in the center of the crease, making 2 rows. 6: Place guava paste on top of cream cheese. 7: Cover the filling with the 2nd sheet of puff pastry. 8: Brush with egg and use a pizza cutter to cut and seal the pastry into 6 pieces. 9: Place onto parchment paper on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. 10: Let them cool and enjoy.
