Turkey Pot Pie Empanadas

Delicious empanadas filled with turkey, vegetables, and gravy, perfect for using up leftovers. These empanadas can be fried or air-fried for a crispy finish, making for a tasty lunch or snack!

What you need
cup oil

tbsp butter
cup gravy

cup turkey

cup onion

empanada dough

cup peas

fl oz avocado oil
Instructions
1: To a large pan on medium high heat, add butter, veggies, turkey, and gravy. 2: Cook for 5 minutes, then drop heat to low. 3: Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. 4: Set aside and let it cool. 5: Put 2-3 spoonfuls of filling in your empanada disc. 6: Fold over and crimp edges with a fork. 7: Fry until golden brown, or spray your air fryer basket and empanadas. 8: Cook in the air fryer at 350 degrees for 5 minutes, flip, spray, and cook for another 5 minutes. 9: Serve with warm gravy for dipping.View original recipe
